Sr. Director, Site Development – Texas Remote AI – AI Data Centers

Job Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned AI data center sites in Texas from entitlement through commissioning and turnover.
• Directly manage the region's Site Readiness function, including surveys, permitting strategy, and early site diligence.
• Lead site-level relationships with local jurisdictions, utilities, and landowners during entitlement and permitting.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in site development, land development, or construction management for large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience carrying projects from entitlement through construction completion.
• Strong understanding of permitting, utility interconnection, and land use processes.

Compensation and Commitment:

• This role pays $200,000 annually and requires professionalism, respect, and strong communication skills.
