Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end coordination of the site selection project portfolio across multiple concurrent real estate transactions.
- Coordinate cross-functional site reviews and due diligence workflows across Construction, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Manage lease negotiation logistics and maintain single source of truth for site status and portfolio reporting.
Qualifications & Compensation:
- 5+ years experience in data center site selection or real estate acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value transactions from intake to close.
- Compensation range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
