New Site Development Associate – Data Center Development

What You’ll Do:

• Lead site entitlement efforts including zoning, platting, and land use approvals for data center sites.
• Serve as primary point of contact with municipalities, county officials, and public bodies on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with utility providers and support land acquisition efforts including negotiating with landowners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in real estate development from acquisition through entitlement, with direct municipal involvement.
• Working knowledge of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they affect real estate transactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to public bodies and internal leadership.
