Define problems worth solving. Translate customer conversations, expert feedback, competitive signals, and market dynamics into clear problem statements with measurable success criteria.
Make prioritization decisions that balance customer urgency, strategic value, and engineering feasibility.

Requirements:

5+ years of product management experience in a technology company shipping production software.
Direct domain experience in one or more of: land development, homebuilding, commercial real estate development, land brokerage, site planning, entitlements, or GIS/mapping platforms.
Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and write clear, opinionated problem statements.
