Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of accountability for site development across the network, including new site builds, expansions, relocations, and real estate initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end facilities management, including vendor selection, site standards, preventive maintenance, and equipment lifecycle planning.
- Develop and maintain project tracking systems, KPIs, and reporting processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in real estate management, site development, or facilities management across a multi-site network.
- Healthcare or clinical research industry experience preferred; strong vendor management and budgeting skills.
