Responsibilities:
- Coordinate participant recruitment start-up activities for assigned clinical trials.
- Develop and maintain recruitment project plans, identifying risks and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Manage sponsor-funded budgets, including expenditure tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or clinical research.
- Strong organizational, communication, and budget management skills.
