Job Description
The QA Lead will define the QA strategy and own a living QA test plan aligned to the product roadmap. They will develop and maintain a regression test plan, document clear, traceable test cases, and organize QA activities. This role involves performing manual testing, monitoring Jira, establishing quality gates, and building automated tests for UI, API, and data validations. Collaboration with product, engineering, and US-based stakeholders is essential, along with tracking QA metrics and championing risk-based testing.
