As a Business Success Specialist, you'll play a key role by being the voice of Monzo Business for the most complex businesses, building trust and confidence in our product and service. You will manage customer queries, providing exceptional inbound support, and identify opportunities for customers to get more value from Monzo products and services. Support businesses through their onboarding and key business growth milestones, uncover unmet needs, and proactively surface opportunities to improve the customer journey and deliver effortless customer service.
You should be a brilliant communicator, a customer champion, and skilled in identifying where existing processes will not meet the right customer outcome. You should also possess exceptional commercial acumen and strategic foresight.
