Job Description
The Salesforce QA Associate will perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and integrations. This role involves collaborating with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality releases. You will identify, document, and track defects, and verify fixes through manual testing. Leveraging Salesforce admin knowledge (profiles, roles, users, sharing rules, object permissions) is essential in validating test scenarios. Contributing to test planning, QA framework enhancement, and QA process improvements will also part of the role.
