Job Description

This isn’t a “dial-for-dollars” role. This is for a hunter who wants to build a six-figure income by working directly with leadership and helping expand Portoro’s footprint in luxury markets nationwide. You’ll be my right hand — finding, researching, and connecting with property owners who fit our portfolio. You’ll turn raw data into warm conversations and booked meetings that lead to signed contracts. Every closed deal puts serious money in your pocket. You’ll own the top of the funnel. Identify, mine, and qualify potential property owners using our lead systems, permit databases, and enrichment tools (Airbnb, PropStream, OwnerPoint, etc.). Get creative with outreach. Personalize emails, texts, and messages that actually get replies. You’ll stand out from the noise. Schedule qualified appointments between homeowners and our Regional GMs — you open the door, we close the deal. Collaborate directly with leadership. You’ll work side-by-side with me (National Sales Director) to refine outreach strategy, messaging, and targets. Log activities and results in HubSpot, measure performance, and constantly look for ways to out-perform yourself.
