The Content Design practice is within the experience design organization and includes interaction designers, researchers, visual designers, and technical writers. UX writers actively participate in cross-functional teams, taking ownership of UX writing needs for 1 to 2 products. The role develops content strategy, uses data and customer research, and enhances the design system, style guide, terminology standards, reusable patterns, and AI writing tools. The role will ensure that all content in the user interface is user-friendly and accessible.
