Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-level Site Reliability Engineer to join our Production Sandbox Reliability team – the first line of defense ensuring enterprise customer sandboxes remain stable, up-to-date, and well-monitored. You'll work in a globally distributed team and act as the operational guardian for these environments. This role involves maintaining reliability by monitoring the health of sandbox environments, ensuring high availability and stability. Responsibilities include rolling out updates to microservices, triaging alerts, improving observability using Datadog and Grafana, supporting incident workflows, and communicating proactively between engineering and customer-facing teams. The role also involves participating in on-call rotation.
