Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve AI agents for voice and chat customer service channels.
- Design and implement conversational flows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop orchestrators and backend services in Python for integration with corporate platforms.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience with Python development.
- Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of NeMo Guardrails.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and OCI Generative AI.
