Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview:

• Be the engineer largest customers rely on to map data and migrate it from existing systems.
• Configure Headquarters for their workflows and build features that turn pilots into company-wide rollouts.
• Participate in big deals and be the reason we win them.

What You'll Do:

• Run technical discovery with owners, operations leaders, and IT at enterprise contractors.
• Plan, build, and run data migrations from CRMs, estimating tools, and spreadsheets into Headquarters.
• Ship product code for features that unlock deals and bring customer feedback back to the team.

Qualifications:

• Have written production code (Python and SQL at minimum) and moved real-world data between systems.
• Have been customer-facing in implementation, solutions, or forward-deployed roles.
• Stay calm in front of skeptical executives and turn ambiguous asks into scoped plans with dates.
