Director, Global X-Border Payments

Reporting directly to the GM of Payments, you will own the P&L for international transfers/Cross-Border Payments, ensuring our foreign exchange strategies are aligned with business objectives, regulatory compliance, and market trends. This position needs an individual with deep expertise in FX markets, risk management, and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to drive business growth through innovative FX payment products and solutions. This will be a 0-1, hands-on role. You’ll be expected to go deep with your SME knowledge to create an effective strategy within a lean space. Key responsibilities include commercial and product development, strategic planning, risk management, and leading teams. You will be monitoring global economic trends, analyzing competitor activity, and optimizing pricing strategies. Also, you will work with risk and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations and provide guidance to team members.
