Job Description

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in workers компенсация defense or insurance defense litigation. The candidate will have strong knowledge of Florida workers' compensation law, proficiency in drafting legal documents, and experience managing case files. Key Responsibilities: Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence under attorney supervision. Respond to discovery requests, including drafting objections and maintaining privilege logs. Prepare and update medical chronologies, timelines, and wage calculations. Manage case files, including tracking deadlines, scheduling depositions, and coordinating client communications. E-file legal documents through the eJCC portal and assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists and case summaries. Responsible for collaborating with attorneys to ensure timely and effective case management. Maintain accurate billing records and track billable hours contemporaneously.
