Job Description
Provides strategic and technical consulting services to clients focused on Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) Information Systems. As the senior member of the technical team on client projects, the Solution Consultant is the trusted client advisor and is accountable for the overall delivery of a quality software solution to meet client requirements and expectations.
Specifically, they are responsible for leading design sessions to gather client requirements, designing a technical solution to meet those requirements, and oversight of the system configuration and implementation. Responsibilities include acting as the primary technical contact on delivery projects, analyzing client requirements and designing system solutions following industry best practices, and overseeing the Application Specialists to complete the configuration of the solution design.
