Provides strategic and technical consulting services to clients focused on Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) Information Systems. As the senior member of the technical team on client projects, the Solution Consultant is the trusted client advisor and is accountable for the overall delivery of a quality software solution to meet client requirements and expectations.

The Business Consultant (BC) will drive client adoption of the Quantum Metric platform, while ensuring that customers are receiving tangible value through our partnership. The BC engages regularly with customers to provide tailored training aligned to organizational use cases, teaches customers how to apply our technology to solve key business challenges, and provides ad-hoc analysis/insights to improve digital experiences.

Support Legacy Health Philanthropy activities by working with the constituent relationship management system. Work with gift officers, events staff, research staff and annual giving/communications staff to create donor lists, pull data for analysis projects and assist them with use of the database. Improve fundraising performance through the analysis of events and other fundraising activities.
