As a Customer Success Engineer, you will help support a portfolio of clients and manage the technical details of their implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth. You will understand the obstacles faced by your clients, guide them to define meaningful requirements, and create innovative solutions to ensure they are successful in achieving their goals.

Quantum Metric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced strategic and technical individual to lead the development and management of the Services, SI’s and Technology partnership program across the Americas. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with global and regional SIs, as well as specialized services organizations that can implement and advise on Quantum Metric's solutions.
