Job Description

Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system as a SBO Patient Experience and Quality Analyst in the Revenue Cycle department. This position is primarily work from home, but requires onsite visits as needed with the option to reside outside of Chicagoland. Essential functions include establishing rapport with patients, acting as an intermediary to Revenue Cycle leadership, identifying and monitoring self-pay billing processes, updating internal billing policies, providing guidelines on billing processes, and investigating patient billing complaints. The role also serves as a contact for legal affairs, participates in call monitoring design, develops KPIs, and provides actionable data for process improvement. The analyst must be self-motivated, work independently, and be goal-oriented.
