About the Role:

• The Access Line paralegal is a critical front-line role responding to low-income New Yorkers seeking legal help.
• This fully remote position involves working closely with supervising attorneys across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake interviews, eligibility screening, and data entry with empathy and accuracy.
• Provide advice under attorney supervision and schedule appointments or referrals.
• Maintain prompt and organized communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with computer systems and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
