As an advisor, you will support our internal team with: Regulatory insight: Clarifying state statutes, administrative processes, and compliance obligations for property tax protests. County-specific knowledge: Advising on local nuances for major counties. Filing processes: Guiding us through how and when to file petitions (TRIM notices, deadlines, evidence, etc.) — including online vs. paper submission requirements. Hearing procedures: Sharing insights on the hearing process and best practices for protest preparation.
