IT Financial Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT financial management activities including spend plan development and execution, obligation tracking, accrual management, and financial workflow oversight across a multi-year budget cycle.
• Oversee Interagency Agreement (IAA) lifecycle management from initiation through closeout, including fund redistribution and reconciliation activities.
• Produce Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, and operational metrics dashboards for senior leadership and governance review bodies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of federal IT financial management experience with hands-on spend plan management, IAA execution, and multi-year budget support.
• Demonstrated expertise in federal financial workflows including obligations, accruals, commitments, and closeout processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and federal financial reporting tools; strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience supporting USDA FPAC business center financial management operations and familiarity with shared-cost models.
• Experience with AgMAX 2.0, FFIS, or other USDA-specific financial systems; knowledge of OMB Circular A-11 and CPIC processes.
• Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or PMP certification preferred.
