Role Overview:
- You are the primary owner of contract performance on a single large federal engagement.
- You manage the full lifecycle from client relationships to budget and risk.
- You operate with significant autonomy and are the strategic face of Aquia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all contract deliverables, milestones, and performance outcomes.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with government stakeholders.
- Manage program budget, risk register, and subcontractor performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of program management in federal IT contracting with PMP or equivalent.
- Direct experience supporting CMS programs and managing teams of 20+.
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
