Senior Cost Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the tender/bid process from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee change management, cost reporting, and final account agreements.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally from a consultancy background.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Primarily remote with monthly travel to project site near Marietta, PA (up to 3 days/month).
