Program Director

As Program Director at AE, you are responsible for owning the client relationship, being the first point of contact for clients. You will mentor and support PMs and Tech Leads in turning complex goals into actionable plans. Helping clients understand priorities, aligning on what matters now, what can wait, and where a 'yes, and' can unlock more value without derailing delivery. You will keep leadership informed with clean updates and real forecasts, navigating the client’s org to build relationships.The role involves balancing delivery, satisfaction, and profitability, having money conversations without losing trust, and ensuring the overall relationship is successful, with renewals and expansions happening naturally.
