Support

As the second support hire, you won’t just be answering questions: you’ll be helping define how we support a highly technical product used by a passionate and fast-expanding community. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You’ll help debug tricky edge cases, shape internal processes, and directly influence the product through what you learn from users. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design to ensure our users get unstuck fast. If you’re energized by wearing multiple hats, going deep technically, and building systems from scratch, this role is for you.
