What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale data mining solutions that handle real-time data as well as batch mode ingestion, modeling, and inference
- Shape long-term architectural direction, technology stack, and engineering best practices
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalability, availability, and reliability across the platform
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building complex distributed systems or large-scale backend platforms
- Ability to gain trust and influence to adopt a specific technical direction or architectural change without having direct managerial authority across stakeholders
- Strong working experience with Scala or Java (additional experience with python, Rust, or C# are a plus)
