Our client, a provider of a cloud-native artifact management platform for software development teams, is seeking an experienced CV Writer to join their team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and formatting professional CVs using established templates and guidelines. This role requires exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present candidates in the best possible light. You will follow a defined brand tone and style while ensuring accuracy and consistency. This is a hands-on role that involves working through a backlog of CVs and manually transferring content into the required format. Responsibilities include: Write and edit CVs (both long and short versions) following the organisation’s existing format and templates; Transfer and format candidate details into standardised CV templates; Ensure all CVs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, tone, and language; Highlight candidate strengths and achievements to effectively position them for opportunities; Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team when necessary for additional details or clarifications; and Maintain confidentiality of all candidates and company information.
