We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our analytics team, focusing on delivering data-driven insights and measurement to optimize paid media campaigns and improve customer acquisition efficiency. In this role, you will partner closely with our marketing and product teams to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and improve customer acquisition funnel conversion at scale. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical foundation, hands-on experience with paid media and customer acquisition funnels, and a track record of analyzing two-sided marketplaces and turning data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities include Campaign Performance Analytics and monitoring marketing performance across Google, Bing, and Facebook Ads, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves building dashboards and reports to track CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and other core acquisition metrics.
