Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in the Africa region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at RemoFirst, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies, and RemoFirst internal initiatives to drive overall business growth. You would also create & optimize the processes within the Operations Department. Constantly monitor efficiency within the department and develop ways to make them more effective. Offer operational data and insights for establishing and evaluating improvement strategies and tactics. You would also help with employee appraisals by communicating job expectations and monitoring and reviewing job contributions.
