The Vice President of Engineering will spearhead the overall look and feel of features and services. As a strategic, security-minded, and execution-focused leader, you will join the leadership team, playing a critical role in scaling the technology organization while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, define the development roadmap, and embed best practices in software delivery and organizational structure.

As a Support Specialist, you will handle diverse inquiries within our centralized support system, working closely with clients, employees, and internal teams to ensure efficient query resolution. You will resolve issues related to global employment, compliance, payroll, and employee support. Contribution to the success of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization is expected.

As a Business Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in North America region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at RemoFirst, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies, and RemoFirst internal initiatives to drive overall business growth.
