Senior Prompt Designer II

About the Role:

• This senior leadership position focuses on prompt systems design, model behavior, and cross-functional enablement.
• You will establish frameworks, governance, and quality standards for AI-generated content at scale.
• Support Content, Engineering, Data, and Product teams as the expert bridging creative intent and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead prompt framework design and strategy, defining end-to-end architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails to benchmark LLM outputs globally.
• Act as cross-functional resource, translating requirements into production-grade implementations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience with AI/ML systems or software engineering, plus 4-5 years in prompt design.
• Mastery of advanced paradigms: RAG, multi-agent architectures, chain-of-thought.
• Hands-on experience with LLM providers and evaluation pipelines.
