About the Role:
- The AI Platform Engineering team is looking for a highly motivated engineer passionate about continuous learning.
- This role reports to a Software Engineering Manager and can be remote within the US.
What You'll Do:
- Lead design and ownership of core AI infrastructure, building a robust multi-tenant environment.
- Architect high-level abstractions and APIs to democratize AI development.
- Establish monitoring and quality assurance systems for AI trust and safety.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years software engineering experience with at least 2 years working with LLMs in production.
- Deep experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation.
- Strong Python skills and ability to communicate complex findings to all stakeholders.
