Senior Engineer, Applied AI

About the role:

• Work on the Applied AI team to design and productionize systems for AI-assisted sales, operational analysis, and reusable memory patterns.
• Help build the foundational paved roads for AI adoption across Honor: secure model access, compliant data pathways, observability, and evaluation patterns.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain features using Python, MySQL, and AWS Bedrock, integrating with LLM platforms like OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, data, operations, and security to move quickly while maintaining production discipline.
• Participate in on-call rotation and mentor other engineers to spread knowledge.
