Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered features in our products, including LLM API integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automation.
- Build and improve shared tooling for AI reliability, including observability and monitoring.
- Prototype solutions quickly, then work with peers and senior engineers to harden them.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of professional back-end development experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems in production.
- Strong experience with Python and back-end frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
