Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Architect and execute Lucky’s digital growth strategy across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and emerging channels.
- Own CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, payback windows, and every other KPI that actually matters.
- Build and scale rigorous testing frameworks for creative, audience segmentation, landing pages, and funnels.
Who You Are:
- 6-10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or DTC revenue roles.
- Proven track record scaling a consumer or beverage brand.
- Fluent in creative strategy, media buying, analytics, attribution, and financial modeling.
