About the Role:
- Deploy production AI agent systems for health systems, providers, and life sciences organizations.
- Lead technical delivery from early client discussions through launch while bringing field insights back to the platform.
What You'll Do:
- Own client engagements from pre-sales and requirements gathering through architecture, integration, implementation, and post-launch support.
- Design and build production AI agent systems that connect with EHRs, claims systems, specialty pharmacy tools, and CRMs while addressing HIPAA requirements.
- Lead technical working sessions, make architecture decisions, and resolve technical challenges with clients.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 to 15 years of software engineering experience building and delivering production systems end to end.
- Experience designing complete system architectures and creating architecture diagrams, plus healthcare or life sciences expertise.
- Fluency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React, with experience on AWS or GCP.
