Employment Attorney

Advise on a broad range of labor and employment matters and partner closely with the business to navigate complex and evolving issues, including cross-border employment and the use of AI in the workplace. You will provide strategic legal counsel across all stages of the employment lifecycle, from onboarding and active employment through separation; advise on U.S. federal and state employment laws, as well as global employment law matters; conduct internal investigations; and partner with the Litigation team. You will also review and update policies, deliver training, collaborate with the People team, drive internal compliance reviews, and leverage data to proactively identify systemic risks.
