Job Description
As Program Manager at Wilcore, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more programs supporting digital modernization efforts at the VA. You’ll oversee agile teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists, ensuring alignment with mission goals, compliance standards, and delivery timelines. Strong understanding of agile methodologies is required. The candidate must have experience managing cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle and have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Knowledge of user-centered design, AI/machine learning, cloud, and digital transformation best practices is preferred.
