Our global manufacturing client is looking for a campus recruiter for a three-month contract position. This position is remote, but will entail some travel (estimated 20-30% travel). Applicants can live anywhere in the US, but EST time zone is preferred. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic university recruitment plans to attract top talent, attending career fairs, building relationships with key university partners and student organizations, collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Qualifications include 1-3 years of university recruiting experience, knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to build relationships with university career centers.
