Senior ORM Risk Analyst

The Senior ORM Risk Analyst will play a key role in strengthening and embedding the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), providing independent challenge, driving high-quality analysis, and taking partial ownership of ORM programs. Working closely with the Operational Risk team, this role contributes to effective risk reporting, governance, and the continuous improvement of operational risk practices across the organisation. Responsibilities include conducting detailed risk assessments for technology, process, and organizational change initiatives across the business, evaluating the potential impact of changes on operational resilience, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and financial stability. You will also monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change-related controls and produce high-quality operational risk dashboards, trend analysis, and committee reporting.
