Product Operations Specialist

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling Kraken’s Earn products. This includes initiatives such as staking, stablecoin support, and the launch of new staking assets. Our team ensures the smooth operation of core processes like integrations, reward distribution, and payout management, critical components that power the entire Earn product suite. By combining technical and operational expertise, you will help strengthen the infrastructure that enables Kraken’s customers to earn rewards seamlessly and securely. You will support the Earn Core pod, focusing on staking and stablecoin enablement, and partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver backend-heavy, technically complex initiatives. You will also contribute to process improvements and best practices that strengthen Earn Core’s technical and operational foundation.
