About the Role:

• Cresta is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives on creativity, innovation, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking.
• This role owns the paid and digital mix (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) but is about building a growth thesis, not babysitting ad accounts.
• We value first-principles reasoning and speed over years of channel-specific experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own pipeline and acquisition numbers for your channels and decide where to double down or pull back.
• Build a growth thesis from first principles and bring new bets to the table.
• Lead paid social and search, partner with brand designers, and monitor campaign pacing.n

What We're Looking For:

• Track record in a demanding, analytical field (investment banking, consulting, quantitative discipline) with interest in growth marketing.
• Quantitative fluency, creativity, strategic mindset, and high motor to learn.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize data into stakeholder-ready updates.n
