Director of Product Design, Enterprise Intelligence

AlphaSense is building a new layer of decision-making infrastructure and is seeking an innovative Design leader to lead the user experience vision and design of enterprise integration capabilities. This role involves defining design strategy based on a deep understanding of enterprise workflows, our tech stack, and the competitive landscape. The Director will partner directly with our platform and AI/ML engineering teams to understand how customer content is parsed, transformed, and made semantically searchable at scale. The role will manage and grow a team of product designers, deliver clear and actionable feedback, and promote a strong feedback culture and design. They will Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Research, Customer Success, and Data teams. The Director will champion design quality and innovation.
