Key Responsibilities:

- Develop instructional content, learning activities, and assessment tools aligned with learning objectives.
- Produce e-learning modules, training guides, multimedia presentations, simulations, and job aids.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles.
- Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and learning management systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
