Job Description
Lead customer lifecycle marketing efforts at Creative Fabrica with a key focus on email marketing, a primary channel for engagement and retention. The mission is to craft messaging that educates potential users about the platform, supports new customers as they get started, shares helpful content and updates, and runs promotional campaigns that fuel the Product-Led Growth strategy. You will take the lead on building and evolving email campaigns that prompt users to take meaningful, timely actions. A core part of the work will be managing and optimizing onboarding and product marketing and promotional emails, making each touchpoint feel more relevant and impactful. You’ll also develop segmented communication paths to better serve our diverse customer base.
