Job Description

As a Technical Consultant at Vercel, you will own the technical relationship for assigned Enterprise accounts, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success. Advocate for Vercel-first solutions, guiding customers toward best practices and feature adoption. Conduct technical assessments, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations to proactively identify areas for improvement. Provide implementation guidance on architecture, scalability, and optimization strategies. Work closely with Customer Success Managers to align on customer goals and drive technical initiatives. Surface structured feedback from customer engagements to influence Vercel’s product roadmap. Contribute to internal enablement efforts, sharing technical insights and best practices to help scale the Technical Consulting function. Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline internal workflows.
