Job Description
The Learning Designer is responsible for designing effective, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that drive performance and support Angi’s evolving business needs. This role applies instructional design principles and various learning tools to create impactful learning programs tailored to diverse learner personas across Angi’s Sales and Care teams. As a collaborative team player with a learner-first mindset, the Learning Designer partners with cross-functional stakeholders to build content that drives results for the business. Design and develop blended learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, articles, communication, and just-in-time resources. Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, and effective learning content. Translate technical or complex topics into digestible and actionable learning experiences. Use various learning tools and platforms to build and deploy training materials. Evaluate learner engagement, knowledge retention, and performance impact. Leverage feedback and performance data to iterate and improve content. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure learning initiatives support business priorities.
