Principal Navy Program Lead, Western Region

This role involves business development and client management, with a focus on securing federal contracts primarily with NAVFAC and other federal agencies. You will develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, leveraging industry relationships. Program, project, and task management, including proposal preparation and management, client interface, project planning and implementation, budgeting and budget management, adherence to schedule, safety, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will also lead and contribute to technical projects involving environmental investigation, remediation, and associated tasks including but not limited to technical investigations, evaluations, studies, risk assessment, and engineering during construction.
